can a kiddie pool be used to commence a small worm farm?
Question by texusspitfire: can a kiddie pool be utilised to start off a tiny worm farm?
I live in an area exactly where you have to drive 22 miles in all directions to buy worms for fishing. So I decided to meet the demanding require of our modest community by supplying them with fishing worms and make a little added cash on the side. I have carried out the investigation and know the basics. But I have two kiddie pools and was wondering if one of them could be utilised for their residence.

Sure, IF the weather permits OR you put it indoors.
Might I suggest “african red wigglers” as a good worm in most places.
You WILL find however that the packaging costs quite a bit in small quantities.
You might try buying some small drink cups and lids from a local fast food place as a cheaper alternative.
Yes of course you can use that, as long as they are durable enough to handle on what you will put inside, e.g. soil.
